good weight in theory. as you're going to hear a million times... bodyfat is what really matters. do you exercise? as for info: i'd recommend body for life or eating for life... although ithink the books are worth the money and more motivating. they work well WITH the websites. either book is great and they set you up for LIFETIME success. no yoyo!

consider your vegetarian idea closely before you chose to go with it. anytime you cut an entire food group from your diet, guess what you cut with it: the vitamines and minerals prevelant in that food group... when you are not getting the vitamins and minerals your body needs it will get them from your muscle and bone instead. this means a decrease of lean body mass... which will lead to a decrease in metabolism. ... just somethign to think about....

No way, that seems very skinny; skill ugliness. To the guy that pronounced "you sound ideal" do no longer hear to him, he's no longer a real guy who likes genuine women those with curves. he's probable a 12 twelve months previous or 14 twelve months previous? who likes skinny bytches who look like twigs.

No, you are a 'tiny bit' underweight by the 'insurance charts' ... and depending on your 'musculature' you could be 'extremely thin' or you could be 'obese' ... if you have 'lots of hard muscles' you are extremely thin, if you have no muscles you can 'feel' with your fingers (you're 'soft' all over) then you are 'obese' ... your muscles are 'very thin' and are covered by a layer of 'fat' ... so you will need to 'increase your caloric intake' and do good 'muscle building exercises' to get to the 'ultimate' weight and 'body structure' for you.

Actually believe it or not you are under wieght for your wieght you should be like 5'3 or 5'4. So you probably could use a few more pounds.

I'm 5'7 and weigh 125 lbs and people call me slim, so I would guess you'd be considered slim too. That's not too shabby...
