My sister is 23 and she still has that baby fat on her cheeks.
Alot of people say it can go away after you have a baby,
but my sister has a 2 year old and she still has hers.
My friend is 13 and also has baby cheeks and she hates them.
You should be proud of your cheeks.
They make you who you are.

I would love to have fat cheeks, it's like an angel face. They might go away after you have matured a bit.

That's common in young people. They have fatty deposits in their faces. That's why they don't look so haggard when they're very thin. However, as people get older, that largely disappears. I used to have baby fat in my face but it's pretty much gone now.

Get off the scales! As women, our weight can fluctuate in accordance with our menstrual cycle, water retention and meal times. So keep from standing on the scales all too often to avoid becoming obsessed and also demotivated.

You're still going through puberty. You'll probably have them for another year or two. Sorry.
