Yes, it wouldn't be on the shelves if it was unsafe to put on cuts, scabs, etc.

If they really are scabs then they don't need cleaning - when a scab has formed the skin has healed itself. Scabs should be left alone to drop off themselves, revealing the new skin underneath.
Hydrogen peroxide is not a nice thing to use on wounds - it needs to be diluted down a lot or it is very stingy! It's also never a good idea to try to tackle animal's wounds yourself - if your dog has unhealed wounds, take her to a vet.

hydrogen peroxide should be fine to use on your dogs as long as the scabs are not huge or anything. it shouldn't hurt, we used it on our old golden retriver, she didn't mind a bit.

Yes you can but don't pore on pet. Use towel and then put on your dog. Neosporin is also good for dogs. They can lick it and it is ok. So, after the peroxide then use neosporin to help it heal and not get infected.

Yes, it is perfectly fine. You may notice some heat coming from the area, but this too is normal. You are not going to hurt the animal this way. Be sure not to get any near his eyes...

no, no, no, no, 1,000 times no! why does your dog have scabs? has your dog been seen by a vet?
try using dilute betadine (make it the color of weak tea).
peroxide is one of the worst things you can use, it actually eats away at the skin and tissues.
