Your general fitness level is more important than your actual weight. For example, I have the same Body Mass Index as may body builders, but my body fat percentage, strength, and stamina are nowhere near theirs.
Exercise and eat healthy. Don't stress and be happy. Don't worry so much about what you weigh.

100.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

125 lbs is a good weight for that height. That's exactly where I am now. I have always had trouble losing weight. But weight isn't the best way to judge your fitness. It could be that you're heavier because of muscle or something like that. Body fat percentage is a better measure. But yeah, if you go by Body Mass Index (BMI), you're just slightly overweight like me.

Here's a weight chart. I learned in school that there is no REAL study that can say "this what you're supposed to weigh". Hope this helps!
