It makes a HUGE difference. A regular soda is 100 to 200 calories. A diet soda is ZERO calories. You may not notice a difference on the way you feel. BUT the thing to remember is that everything that you eat COUNTS! And exercise HELPS A LOT TOO!

1st of all the body clense thing is bullsh*t. A healthy diet and exersise is important. Now the switching to diet sode. It really depends how much you drink. 8 oz of reg. soda contain s100 calories.. that can add up quickly if you drink a lot. A large soda at a fast food restaurant could be 300-400 calories. If you have a 2000 calorie a day recomended diet that is almost a quarter of your calories. You should see a difference from switching but you gotta get up and move as well. There are no short cuts. :)

Well I learned that if you drink two regular pops every day for a whole month, then you'll have consumed over 8000 calories and 5 pounds of sugar. So if you switch to diet pop, you lose the sugar, and the calories :) You'll be cutting your calorie consumption by 8000 calories a month, which is about two pounds? So I guess you'll be losing two pounds? I'm not too sure though, because I've drank diet pop instead of regular pop my whole life. Hope I helped! (:

Ironically, there are claims that diet soda is actually worse for your health than regular soda. The chemicals and artificial sweeteners added to the diet soda doesn't really do much to benefit your health. But then again, regular soda isn't that great for you either. I hardly doubt that you'll see any difference by switching; it is better to not drink it at all, save for special occasions if you must. You can actually lose 25 pounds in a year just by giving up soda all together.

Look at the caloric content of each serving of regular soda that you drink. The caloric content of diet soda is usually around zero. So you can subtract the entire calorie content of regular soda IF you don't turn around and consume those calories in some other food.
I assume the difference you're looking for is weight loss. To lose one lb., you must burn (or not consume) 3500 calories. Do the math.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

time-honored pop isn't best for you because of the fact the sugar is undesirable to your physique and actually to your enamel. weight loss application avoids the sugar problems, in spite of the shown fact that it relies upon on which sweetener is used. RC & 7-UP and their kin of beverages use splenda as a sweetener, that's risk-free to apply. Regards, Dan
