Go for a walk, go for a swim, go for a run.... Do something better with your time than eat. To loose weight the best thing to add to the equation is excercise. When you do eat, go for healthy foods. Cut the soda, candy, crap food, etc... good luck!

A.) I think you should reconsider loosing weight. 122 is fine for your height. I think if you were 100 pounds you'd start getting a little too "Nicole Richie-like"

B.) Get a hobby. Maybe a sport, or something creative. As long as your busy, you'll probably eat less.

C.) Try exercising around 3-4pm. According to research that's the best time to exercise. You get tired slower at that time and that let's you work more.

4.) Go to weightloss.about.com Tons of good info there.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

Same here. I'm also trying to lose weight and eat all the time. But you know what? I've so far lost 5 pounds just THIS week. Save money and start exercising and stop eating at 6:00. I know eat your vegetables sounds boring. So why do it? Just work out, save money, but a treadmill! I got a treadmill and lost 5 pounds just THIS week. No need to give up junk food. But for your health you probably should.

Here is a suggestion: In the morning, try to preserve some time for physical exercise; reading and navigating on Internet to read some constructive and healthy materials. In the afternoon, try to go out and do some community works, that way, it can help you make more new friends. In the evening, that's your personal private time, you can relax and enjoy your personal life. This schedule can make your life more interesting and more exciting; and you'll find that your time is pretty well spent in a day.

Find yourself a hobby. If you feel like you always need food, maybe the meals you are eating aren't all that healthy and don't leave you feeling satisfied. Try a diet richer in protein and less in carbohydrates. Carbs are great for immediate energy, but when you burn them they leave you feeling tired and hungry. I suggest 5-6 small meals a day. Never eat meat bigger than the palm of your hand, when you feel full stop eating, and if you still need something try gum or hard candy.

Develop some outside interests to work on in your free time that do not involve food or eating. Although you are not overweight and are within the average body mass index range for your height, such eating habits can become a problem for you if you do not diversify your activities as well as the quantity of food you eat, as you age and your body metabolism changes.

If all you do is eat then eat healthy foods like fruits, raw veggies and nuts. Drink plenty of water and try to exercise for 30 minutes a day. Walking helps alot. Good luck on your weight loss!

100lbs is not the right weight for you....If you really want to lose a few pounds, I would shoot for 105-110 as another reader posted. If you're trying to divert your attention from eating...pick up a new hobby. I'm sure you're beautiful just the way you are.

I think 100 lbs. is too small for a healthy teen. Be a little more realistic try 110. Go for a bike ride
