I raise a lot of funds for a Christian drug rehab in our area. One successful one is to simply ask for $1 from each person. We call it "Buck Addiction" -- we have containers all over and do one billboard promoting it. The TV station in our area is great to cover these events.

Car shows raise money -- and many of them will donate to charity.

Coupon books are selling really well right now.

A letter done extremely well is an important way to raise funds. You can really cast your vision - have testimonals, etc. This needs to be well thought out -- but most non-profit organizations get their bread and butter from letters. You need a self-addressed stamped envelope enclosed.

Garage sales, bake sales, bring in revenue. These sales keep your charity before the public -- just do a good job!

We do a silent auction and banquet once a year --- and that is one of our best fund raisers. You need great products and a good speaker.

There are so many possibilities......
