Breakfast: 1cup organic corn flakes, 1cup skim milk, 1cup green grapes

Lunch: 1 cup macaroni soup (1cup whole wheat macaroni,1can pure tomatoe juice)

Supper: 2 whole wheat whole grain toasts with 1 tbs peanutbutter, 2cups honeydew melon

rate - 3
although you eat healthy foods you lack a lot of nutrients - you dont have enough protein in your diet and no veggies.
you will not lose fat if you eat under 1200cal/day and if you dont eat regular small meals.
its a poor diet.

If so... I'd give you a 5. You need more veggies. The whole grain and whole wheat options are good, and skim milk as well. You're getting a lot more carbs and not very much protein. Try an egg white omelet with mushrooms and tomato instead of organic corn flakes for breakfast and some more high protein meat for dinner.

Throw in some healthy snacks in mid-morning and mid-afternoon. You need at least 400 more calories a day.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

Not a lot of calories, but no protein either! You need to eat a healthy dinner, and at least 5 times a day if you are dieting. I bet you are starving right now!

its about 1200 kcal....its ok...just dont get used to eating peanutbutter and things with honey!!
