the information you are asking for is all purely subjective, you won't find two sites that agree.

adherents.com and wikipedia give passable numbers, but you must remember that these are VERY general, as everyone's methods of counting and estimating are different. For example, when someone is identified as Christian, does that mean any denomination? (including Mormons and JWs, which some people don't count as Christian) Main denominations? Protestant denominations? Do they have to attend church regularly? How often is regularly? Etc.

There are tons of people out there that have no way of being directly counted. For instance, unless they are using a survey, you're not going to get numbers of atheists. (It's not like they have a church.) Taoists are completely non-organized. Many Pagans are solitary practitioners, and those that work in groups are generally in small groups not neccessarily easily found by the counters...some people are also not comfortable revealing their religious affiliation. IF a survey, is it fill in the blank, or is it a list you pick from? (which will excluse a lot of variety) and so on.

Can you say "Truth in Advertising"? That website doesn't even come close. It has some technically accurate facts mixed in with some weird myths. One being the the male platy will show his colors better at the lower end of their temperature range. Well, at the lower end of the range they have provided, they will be rather washed out. What they have done to save themselves is this disclaimer "Due to variations within each species, your aquatic life may not look identical to the image provided." Translating to, if you try to keep them the way we recommend, they won't stand a chance looking like the picture as well as opening them up for sending you some pretty bad stock. This site screams - STAY AWAY!!! I would flag this as one to avoid for any information and would NOT do business with.

I'm not sure if you will find reliable statistics. Catholics are considered so unless tossed out, even if they are lapsed... Many pagans won't answer or be public, prefering their privacy to the possibility of religious discrimination. However, here are a couple sites. They might have older information on them but might at least have links to newer stuff somewhere.

I am very curious what the difference between Atheist and "non-religious" is.
