Will a china airlines roundtrip flight from LAX to TPE have TVs behind the seats?

I have flown China Airlines numerous times, maybe 8-9 times in the past 3 years. Only once did they not have the individual tv's. And that was in 2006. So, the probability is highly likely to have individual monitors and controls. It is the main reason I prefer flying with China Airlines to the far east.
