I will go with an answer you got earlier which was:
Rudeness, Deliberate Crueltiy, Intentional Dishonesty.
Those are a great top three. There are many things I refuse to tolerate - or rather things I refuse to include in my life: People with addiction problems who are nowhere near ready to get help and get better, people who do not learn from their serious mistakes and continue to behave in ways that will lead to the same of similar serious mistakes (I'm speaking of criminals here - not emotional mistakes - I'm talking those who have trouble staying out of criminal situations with the law). Those are two other big ones that I choose not to tolerate. I try my best to love everyone on some level, but loving a person or caring about someone who is hell bent on destroying their lives (and often yours in the process) doesn't mean you have to tolerate their behavior or include them in your life - to me at least, and so I don't.

A small part of me wants to say that I refuse to tolerate many different things... and that would be true for that little part of me.
But, the bigger part of me, that contains my inner love for all, wants to say that I will continue to entertain and tolerate everything under the sun.
For those that seem the most intolerable, may need the most tolerance from us.
And, yes, I do know how hard this is to live out fully, because I have been one of those intolerable individuals in my past. But, I wouldn't have come to my senses if it weren't for the amazing tolerable people in my life.

Francophobia.
Cultural stereotypes in general irk me, but I honestly can't stand hearing the groundless assumption that all French people are smelly, snobbish, and rude. I'm sure that there are many Americans who also fit that profile. And just because a country is outspoken, secular, and socially liberal doesn't make them the bane of the western world.
Try living in France, outside of Paris, before you start mouthing off about the entire French speaking world.

I refuse to tolerate it when people try to hinder and/or take away other people's basic human rights. This encompasses violence, sexism, racism, etc.
