I'm boiling rice as i type this, and was wondering what a good seasoning or addition to it would be?

Mix in some garlic, ginger, and curry powder. I love that rice dish.

I'm sure you're already done. But next time, some previously broiled or baked spiced chicken breasts cut up and mixed in with it. Add a little of soy sauce for flavor. YUMMAGE!!

Well soy sauce with sesame seeds is great but if you don't like that try adding a little bit of butter or margarine or butter and a pinch of salt its simple and tasty.

I add frozen corn or mixed veggies to mine while it is cooking, then a little soy when ready to eat.

you can put chicken bullion in it to make the Rice taste like chicken

either chicken boullion or seasoning salt, if you don't want to use regular sea salt.

if you have some mixed veggies you can toss those in there, too.
