Before everyone says i should just excercise!! I follow a strict diet of 1200 calories per day and follow a routine of 45 mins cardio, plus use free weights on my upper arms, as well as lower body excersises and around 300 (different variations) of sit ups, i do this at least 4 times a week however i still find my stomach is a bit wobbly, and wondered if i used them in conjunction with a low calorie diet and a proper excersise routine whether they would enance the effects??

no belt is gona help you get rid of belly fat or any other fat on your body.
you can NOT spot reduce body fat. The only way to lose body fat is to use it for energy.
The reason your are not losing belly is because of all those situps you do - all they do is build muscle - they do not burn a gram of fat.
also - 1200cal might be not enough for your body, you have to find daily calorie intake calculator on the net and see how many calories you actually need because if you create too big deficit you will slow down your metabolism and not lose fat.
eat 5-6 small meals a day - that way your body gets enough calories when it needs them and doesnt have any extra left to store in fat reserves.
you only need to do weight training 2-3 days a week - there is no point of doing it more than that.

The belt will probably tone the existing muscle, yes. But it will do absolutely nothing to lose weight. Proper diet and exercise will burn off the fat and tone the muscle, this belt will give you a helping hand in making sure your tummy is firm.
