Whenever someone asks Christians how they know that their religion is correct and every other religion is wrong, Christians usually say that the Bible is the inspired word of God and tells them that it is the one truth. My question is: Doesn’t the Quran say somewhere that it is the word of Allah or at least, is inspired by Allah? Doesn’t it also say that Islam is the one true religion? Christians, do you realize that if you would have been born in a predominantly Muslim culture, it is almost statistically guaranteed that you would believe that Islam is the one true religion and that Christianity is false? If your Bible is correct and Christianity turns out to be the truth, do you realize that the eternal fate of most humans will be determined largely by where they are geographically located?

That is a brilliant argument. Also if you are born in Asia you are more likely to follow Buddhism too.

excuse me, maybe you'll think my answer is stupid but Islam, Christianity and Judaism have lots of amazing similar points, among them, Abraham, one of the most ancient characters in these Books, and you can see Him in the 3 religions. So, why not thinking that there is actually one unique and true religion and words of God, but what differs are just the way civilizations explained and described them ? Don't feel offended by what i've just written, it's just an idea....

Actually no. The Bible has traveled the globe and this truth is available to almost everyone. This time of grace is allowing God's word ot be preached to the world. It is less and less geograpic as time goes by. I would say that we know God not because the Bible says he is God but by revelation of God. God existed before the Bible it is merely a tool to know God.

Many believers are born in cultures that make them scratch their heads from the time they were able to observe and understand.. Many believers are strangers in the environment they were born into, knowing that there is something better. That is why it is important to preach the gospel to the world, so that everyone can hear, and that by hearing they might come to salvation.

A person sitting in America, might no more know the God of Christianity than someone sitting in a Muslim country.

Since NOW is the only aspect of time eternally with us, you're experiencing heaven or hell now. Where you live or what book you read is only relevant as to trying to understand how to change your mind in order to experience the more pleasant of the two - NOW.

God will judge all people with mercy and truth. We cannot say who is saved and who is not saved, no matter where they come from. Jesus is the way, the truth and light, even for those who do not know His name.
