Does soy sauce ever go bad?

not really, though you may find salt crystals in it, which are harmful, they just solidify given time. As long as it smells ok it will be fine!

Soy sauce is a cooked fermentation as long as it is stored properly it will last a very long time. Check for dark "strings" if it has them it has a fungus and should be tossed - if not it is OK to continue using. Good Luck!

yes Evey food product has expires date which should be on the bottle best before date you can keep soy sauce for about 2 weeks after that date.
