I think that if heaven exists and you are a good person, you can get in.

I don't think it matters if you are a Muslim or a Hindu, you can go to heaven if you are good. You won't go to hell forever.

If they are right and murderers who get "saved" can get into Heaven, while people who spent their whole lives helping others are condemned to Hell- then that is one messed up system. They are basically saying that all the Hindus, Muslims and Buddhists who died during the December 26, 2004 tsunami went to Hell (275,000 victims in all). I bet they weren't saying that to the survivors while they were trying to pass out Bibles to them. "Sorry your dad went to Hell, here have a Bible."
I wonder how many of the "Saved Christians" will be hemming and hawing when they find out it is deeds, not words that count when trying to get into Heaven?

There's only two ways to make it to heaven, the good way or the bad way. Make it there the bad way then you're nothing but a lair and a thief. Make it there the good way then you're nothing but genuine. It doesn't matter what faith you believe in as long as you practice what you preach and that you're genuine. God created everything and if you have your heart right with God then you don't have any fears to worry about. It's all about God! By the way, where's Jesus? Christians have been saying he's coming back for century's now. Maybe he's already back, maybe he's living in a cave or someplace, sure hope he has a gas mask in case we get nuked with chemicals. Come on, I'm not anti -Christ, I'm just being realistic. But maybe it's realistic for a man to raise a man from the dead, make a blind man see again, perform a magic act like turning a couple fish and a loaf of bread into enough food to feed thousands of people, or how about turning water into wine and walking on water. Hell David Copperfield's not that good. But is that all realistic? The only thumbs down I'll get will be from a Christian, because if you don't believe what they believe, then you burn in hell. Is it cool to be so creul and critical to others? Is that what you call being Loving, caring and Genuine to the fellow man?

It's up to God who gets into heaven. It would be highly presumptuous of me as a Christian to declare that, for instance, my Muslim friends can't get in. As a Christian, I do believe that Christ's work on the Cross paid the price for man's sins, thus allowing people into heaven. The difference between me and many Christians, though, is that I don't think a person necessarily needs to believe that in order for it to work. Maybe they do, maybe they don't; it's up to God. I personally am glad I don't have to make such decisions, and wish more Christians would stop going around condemning people of other religious beliefs (or non-belief).

The immortal human spirit (the soul) is the means by which dead humans are said to return to God in Heaven. The soul was invented in 390 AD by St. Augustine as an explanation for how conscious awareness was possible and for how Christ's promise of immortality was possible. (Christ discussed immortality using paternalistic allegories and did not specify a mechanism by which it was possible.) Both Heaven and the immortal soul were invented by Christians, specifically for Christians.

None of this is part of objective (physical) reality, so the whole business is just the collected delusions of true believers. From this atheist's viewpoint, your unsubstantiated opinion is as good as any other. Believe whatever you like, because none of it's real and your guess is just as good as any Christian's.

I cannot speak to Islam or Judeism, but this is actually a Christian position. We know through writings that no man can be saved except through Christ, yet we do not know that only those that know him can be saved through him. God has not indicated what his arrangements for other people are who have not heard and not have been able to believe. The question is open for those that have heard and have chosen not to believe. I suppose that question is resolved with a degree of honesty as to the consideration of the great question posed.

Those who accept God and His way to heaven, will go to heaven. Those in heaven will be worshiping and honoring the true God of the Bible.
If we think we are good enough to get to heaven, we are in real trouble because God says we are all sinners. We have no merits of our own that are acceptable to God to enter heaven.
The way to heaven is thru accepting Christ's sacrifice for our sins. Then we can begin to follow and worship God now and for all eternity.

Interesting question.

If you read Acts of the Apostles, there is a devout man by the name of Cornelius, who just worshipped God, without knowing who He was, he gave alms to the needy and was a man of exemplary character.

We see that God was well pleased with Cornelius. Ultimately, a person's salvation is God's decision. Human beings don't know about a person's heart. But it is also true, that God will reveal himself in some way to such people.

Only those chosen by the Annunaki and by the grace of Anu are accepted into the domain of the gods. The last recorded peoples to be granted such things happened thousands of years ago, and this is only found in ancient writings, there is no proof of this either.

No Heaven is like a trendy nightclub and only Christians are invited. But God still loves you, even when you are in hell.

I don't believe in heaven or hell, but of course its not up to me, ha ha. When we die our bodies are either cremated or end up as decayed matter. As for human "spirits" or "souls" ; to for me the jury is out. I believe we should try to do all the good we can while we are here. The postscript, if there is one, is not under our control.
