I know just her first name, and license plate of her car. But I don't know where she lives or her last name.
How can I file a restraining order without any of this pertinent info?

NOTE: A Whole bunch of people in the 100s at church saw her when she was running after me and I told her to stop harrassing me and it was right in front of the priest also, and she laughed.

if you have her license plate # it should not be too hard to get this done, just go to the police station and ask for their help and give them all the information that you have about her.

You should make formal complaint to your local law enforcement agencies, certified, so they know you can hold them accountable, that you feel threatened, and would like this person identified when she comes around you so that you can take legal steps to protect yourself. That should start the ball rolling. You might want to copy your attorney of record as well - that usually gets a good response from the police. The reaction is "I am going to be held accountable for this". Which also may be the reaction of the woman when she is stopped, but don't count on that, as she may be psychologically disturbed and not able to make that evaluation.

Well provided the car is registered to her, the police can find out her name and address with the plate info. Call them and file a complaint. They can get a hold of her and you can get a restarining order filed in the courts.

The liscense plate should be plenty as long as it is in her name. Start documenting when you see her. Try to catch her on video or on a dated picture for proof. Than you can get your restraining order.

Yes you can, Just go to the police as you have her licence plate number. You just have to prove she is a stalker.

it this women trying to ask you out or is she your wife but you do not remember her at all. mayb she wants to give you another chance. if you see her again follow her and see where she goes.
