You can ask if you can go to one of her church's youth activities or go to her church on Sunday. Or you can read the Book of Mormon.
Also, be respectful of her beliefs. Use clean language around her. Praise her for her morals, her dress and behavior, and how she lives her life.

Talk to her and spend time with her with friends.
How old is she? If she is young then date in groups. If she is YSA maybe find out if there are any activities like dances.
