its not a huge flab hanging over its just a little "muffin top" and i already run so is there anything else to get rid of it?

the only way to reduce body fat is by cardio which is the only fat burning exercise (we cant spot reduce body fat naturally), do it 4-6 times a week for average of 45min.

run some more, play ddr, ride yer bike. eat less. chew gum, more veggies only water
