I want more than anything to stay at home with our three boys but $$$ interfieres (sp?) with that dream. For the past 4 yrs I have been a dental asst and I lije it. does any one knwo of any stay at home jobs that pay more than $10 hr? in Kansas city, mo area?

I have a nanny job so I am able to be home with my son. I make $9 for one child and $12 an hour for 2. I watch two brothers.

try being a nanny or think of opening a day care. Or there are companies looking for appointment setters and medical billing.

You're only mentioning your job. Have you considered another, better paying career for your husband?
