this guy drugged a 15 yr old girl against her will cause he was using drugs cause he's an addict and the cops busted himwith drugs and now he wants help to get out of jail so he wants to snitch on the people he was with to get a reduced sentence.Basically I think he just needs to fix.

Not sure I understand your question, but no, I wouldn't do a thing to help him get out of jail. In fact, I'm more than happy to do all I can to keep him IN jail...

I would never do anything like that in this situation. I would just take my lumps and working on fixing myself. Besides, being a snitch is a good way to bring about social isolation, get beaten up or worse even killed.

That's a matter of the prosecutor deciding which serves the overall interests of justice better -- prosecuting this one person to the full extent, or cutting a deal to be able to prosecute other people.
It's a common tactic in many legal systems to offer a person a reduced sentence (sometimes a complete walk) if they help stop other ("more dangerous") criminals.
