Norman Podhoretz claims, "David Horowitz is hated by the Left because he is not only an apostate but has been even more relentless and aggressive in attacking his former political allies than some of us who preceded him in what I once called ‘breaking ranks’ with that world. He has also taken the polemical and organizational techniques he learned in his days on the left, and figured out how to use them against the Left, whose vulnerabilities he knows in his bones"

Feminist icon Camille Paglia has said of David Horowitz: “I respect the astute and rigorously unsentimental David Horowitz as one of America’s most original and courageous political analysts. . . . As a scholar who regularly surveys archival material, I think that, a century from now, cultural historians will find David Horowitz’s spiritual and political odyssey paradigmatic for our time.”

Among Horowitz’s more recent books are: Radical Son (1996), a memoir tracing his odyssey from “red-diaper baby” to conservative activist that George Gilder described as “the first great autobiography of his generation”

Leftists fear and hate him because he evicerates them in debates. I have seen several debates between Horowitz and lefties and every one has been a bloodbath with Horowitz the victor.

They hate that.

I'm on the left and I do not "fear" David Horowitz. Seems like nowadays no one can say anything without the words "fear" or "terror" being thrown in. The pen may be mightier than the sword but the only way I'd be afraid of Horowitz is if he stuck a loaded gun in my face.

Just because some tool named Norman Podhoretz claims something to be true does not make it so.

That is why am talk radio and Faux News are such popular tools for indoctinating those who are unable to think for yourselves. They just fill your little heads full of nonsense and you run around spouting it as if it were fact.
