Uncle is a very vague term. Just define it properly how he is blood related to you? Is he your mothers or fathers real brother? If yes the grand daughter i.e. his son's or daughter's daughter is also in blood relations with you. This blood relationship with this girl is within the degree of prohibited relationship & hence any such marriage between you too will not be legal & valid marriage. Even from the medical point of view such marriage & offspring’s borne out of such marriage will be having physical & mental deformities due to genetical reasons.

I think this would be your Grand-niece check this website to confirm:http://www.myrelative.com/html/relationship.html
I personally would not recommend and may be you will find that folks in your family would frown upon the idea of such a relationship.
Close relationship such as what you are looking at is a burden especially on the offspring .... the chatter is difficult to over come even when love is strong. Sometimes if you live in a remote country where immigration/migration is seldom it might be more tolerable
Also the chances of genetic abnormalities becomes more likely.
I think though the Law might you to marry. If you do it would be better to leave the community and live elsewhere.
Sometimes these close family love relationships are just fantasies ...... and soon pass
GooD luck!!!!

In the Indian style, there are many meanings of Uncle. Your question is not clear.
If u are a Hindu, you can not marry uncle's grand daughter and you should not think to do so.

desire your grand uncle is a far off relative. besides, in India, many men marry their sisters' daughters. it incredibly is meant to be the custom in South India even with the undeniable fact that it incredibly is incest. How can a guy lust for his sister's daughter who's like his daughter?. If this could ensue, there's no harm in you marrying your grand uncle's daughter.

My guess (by the way you worded the question) is that there is not a direct blood relation. Otherwise you would have said "my cousin's daughter," which would be your first cousin once removed and therefore too close to legally marry. However, if he is your uncle by marriage (he married your mom or dad's sister) and the granddaughter is from his child before his marriage to your aunt then there is no blood relation and legally you can marry her.
It sounds a little complicated but hopefully I made sense. Geneology can be tricky if you don't understand it, and most people don't.

Your uncles grandaughter is your first cousin once removed. Depending on what country you live in it may not even be legal to marry your first cousins daughter. So I would suggest looking outside of the family for a wife. The children you would have may have severe diabilites, or be mentally disabled, so keep looking.

Your uncle's grand daughter is equivalent to your daughter. So don't even think of marrying her. Besides, I think that this is a close blood relationship within which you can't marry.

Not if he is your uncle by blood (your mom or dad's brother). That would be illegal.
Why are you talking about marrying someone you like? Do you even have a relationship (romantic) with this girl?
