Over the weekend I made extra margaritas (mix, liquor, and crushed ice) and here we are Monday and I have a covered blender in my refrigerator and no idea of what to do with it? I was thinking I could freeze it until next time (who knows when that will be) but not sure how to go about it. I don't have any cups with covers.

Set up a margarita stand on the sidewalk, and make new friends! Honestly, you can keep the stuff in the fridge for a couple of days, and drink two glasses when you come home from work.

Simple! Pour them into ice cube trays for the next time you make margaritas. Simply add the cubes to the blender and no need for "ice" cubes. :) You could also add them to other drinks for a different taste. :)

How about an ice cube tray? Or tupperware? I think those would work and you could make slushies later. Otherwise, toss some boneless chicken breasts in it and marinate them and grill them. If you go that route, toss in some garlic and green onions and maybe a splash of OJ. They turn out awesome.

i always make a little extra, it is great for chicken or seafood marinade. Grill the meats, and serve with warm tortillas and taco fixings. I also serve them with steamed veggies.

A big ziploc freezer bag would work. I've used it for sauces before.

Hell, I say drink them! HAHA! :)
