Specifically to the fog lamp wells in the bumper where they would have been installed from the factory.

look at the wiring harness behind the fog light area see a connector taped to harness... Yes you can! Note some basic models did not have these harnesses... factory fog light kits have everything you need and a high price too. Piaa Fog/driving lamps won't fit in factory locations but if you have a brush guard they work great!

Yes, you can. Buy the appropriate lights, wiring, and switches from the dealership. On some vehicles the wiring is already in place all you have to do is install switch and the lights. I don't know if thats the case for nissans. Or you might be able to find an aftermarket company that will fit.

I'm sure that could be done. Try finding some at a salvage yard. That way you can get all the brackets that came from the factory install. good luck.
