the only thing you can do is keep it healthy. it grows one half inch a month and to keep it growin at this rate you need to trim it every 2months or so, eat right and deep condition at least once a wk. not doing this will stunt the growth. there is no product in the world thats gonna speed the growth process. and heat DOES NOT make your hair grow its the most damaging element there is next to chemicals.

Trimming doesn't make it grow faster. When you think about it, how could it?? The hair grows from your head, not from the ends of your hair. Trimming just cuts off the split and dry ends.
Keep a well balanced healthy diet, use a good shampoo and conditioner and stay patient!!

time and patience. some peoples hair will not grow past a certain point. make sure to trim(one eighth an inch) every 6 weeks to keep the hair in good condition. hair grows half to three quarters inch monthly.

Trim it, and I've heard that washing your hair with horse shampoo will make it grow faster.
