I'm pretty bulky, so I had a fair amount of skin to cover for my shoulder tattoo. It's like you're describing - top quarter of my outer upper arm plus some wrapping around onto the top, front, and back of my shoulder. All in all, it took six hours. My artist charges $120 an hour, plus I brought gifts for her at a cost of about $50, used about $75 worth of numbing agents, and tipped $120 at the last session. Total: $965.

Really cant give a ball park figure, every artist charges a different amount for different work. But you can count on a few hundred dollars most likely if its intricate and colorful, requiring significant time in the chair.

Go to your local artist and ask him, he'll tell you the cost.

there's no way to give you a good idea of cost because your artist is the number one indicator of how much a tattoo will cost. do you have an artist in mind? i got the majority of my shoulder tattooed for about $300 (three hours of tattoo work) i got the upper half of my back tattooed for $1200 (12 hours of tattoo work) i'm a girl, 5 two 110 lbs. maybe you can do some rough estimation based on that?

yes every place is different.. im going to say $200 to $800

if you bring it in to the artist were you are getting it done they will give you the best price range for it

they may also do it in sittings if this is the case they may say $150 an hour or like $200 a sitting

your question is too broad. you dont specify whether there will be color, what you'll be getting tattooed on (more intricate designs obviously take longer etc), how built you are (the bigger the shoulders, the more there is to tattoo) and without basic info lkike that there is no ballpark figure.
