That's a very lofty goal.

I weight 250 pounds and I burn about 620 calories in 60 minutes in a spinning class. Spinning classes are pretty intense... and if you weigh less than me... you will burn calories at a slower rate. In fact... it's probably not safe to burn calories at such a rate, because you would have to get your heart rate up pretty high... and maybe it might be too high. I don't know because I don't know your weight, age or resting heart rate.

You will burn the most calories with exercises that use your legs, most specifically your quadriceps, because they are the largest muscle in your body and therefore require the most calories burned for them to continue to "operate". Step classes and spin classes are especially good, and also running, especially with lots of up-hills. Of those, spinning is the safest... it's low impact and not much chance of falling down or twisting and ankle or knee or anything like that.

by jogging u can lose calories
but i dont know wheter in 30 minutes or not
it depends on the speed u jog
or run
even if u sleep heavy calories are burnt than u sit and work
or watch tv

boxing training. esp w/ a professional. 3mins of punching mitts and strafing and moving around then 30secs of rest then 3mins again of punching strafing moving. do this for 30mins. but like a said its better if youre training w/ a pro or in a gym.

go swimming you can lose up to 1,000 calories by swimming for an hour. and it also adds muscle.
