Acts 2:38
1) Repentance
2) Baptism in the name of Jesus Christ
3) The Holy Ghost
Faith is of course one. And obedience (although forgiveness overruns that). The shedding of blood was finished with Jesus.

James says in the New Testament that faith without works is dead. There are references to work for the dead in the New Test. as well as in the Dead Sea Scrolls. I'm not an expert on the LDS religion so I can't answer all the questions you've stated but I can see that you are mistaken in a few places yourself and so have no room to judge. I am a student of different religions and religious history. The Council of Nicaea eliminated almost 50% of the ancient writings by the Jews and early Christians which compiled the Bible in the year 325 AD making the Bible we have now somewhat incomplete. After the Nicene Creed all Christianity became corrupt and incomplete. To determine which church, if any, are true is impossible relying solely on worldly/physical evidence, especially when the Bible is the only evidence you are using. Having gone through many translations the English version of the Bible alone contradicts itself in certain areas. The LDS Church at least has prophets and 12 Apostles like in ancient times. They have strict ordinances that hold closely to evidence found in ancient religious artifacts which have only surfaced in the past 50 or 60 years in Asia and the on the American continent. These ordinances, as a side note, had been practiced by the LDS church for more than 100 years before these discoveries. Citing more than one reference will do you well in your studies. Your argument written above is embarrassing.

To dream the impossible dream To fight the unbeatable foe To bear with unbearable sorrow To run where the brave dare not go To right the unrightable wrong To love pure and chaste from afar To try when your arms are too weary To reach the unreachable star This is my quest To follow that star No matter how hopeless No matter how far To fight for the right Without question or pause To be willing to march into Hell For a heavenly cause And I know if I'll only be true To this glorious quest That my heart will lie peaceful and calm When I'm laid to my rest And the world will be better for this That one man, scorned and covered with scars Still strove with his last ounce of courage To reach the unreachable star

The Bible teaches that we need to repents of our sins, believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross, was buried and rose again on the third day. Then we must accept Him as our Saviour and the Lord of your lives.

We attain salvation through faith by the grace of God. There are no works involved. We cannnot do anything to earn salvation, other than to simply repent, believe in Christ, and ask Him to become our Lord and Saviour.

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God
(Eph 2:8)

By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
(Heb 10:10)

" I am The Way, The Truth, and The Life; no man can come to the Father except through me". -- Jesus Christ (Jn. 14:6)

" Neither is there salvation in any other; for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved". (Acts 4:12)

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16

"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Romans 10:9-10

1. Pray to God, and tell Him that you accept the gift of Salvation through the sacrifice of Jesus.
2. Pray to God in the name of Jesus, and ask for forgiveness for your sins.

No other requirements. Have a nice day.

You got it wrong.

I believe that Jesus Christ is the only way to the salvation through the mercy and grace. We need to accept Him as our Lord and Savior, and part of this accepting stuff is that we need to ask forgiveness to our sins, repent from our sins and get baptized. The main commandment is to love Lord and other human beings.

I keep my contact clear with my Savior.

We can do nothing to save ourselves. Salvation is completely by the blood of Christ- after we admit we are sinners in need of Jesus' salvation then we live by faith in obedience to His Word.

We know the sacrifice has already been made. By faith we know that God came to earth and shed his blood to wash away our sins. The only one left is to remain obedient to his word which never changes.
Your in Christ,

The only requirement is faith. You can be on your death-bed without any hope of obedience, shedding of blood, or anything, and accept Him in faith and be saved. Our works can even not pass the judgment and we will be saved.
