what do you look for on food labels to see if the food is fatty? I always thought you look for the amount of calories but my friend always add two different things. Some people look at the trans fat. What is the proper way to read a food label to see what fatter than others. For instance, since white bagels have 220 calories and bread have 110 calories, does that mean it's less fatty? Please clarify. Thanks!
