For any liquid rising to its boiling point , but not yet there, the formula will be the general sensible heating formula where the amount of heat "H" added to a given weight "M" of liquid will raise the temperature proportionately "dt", according to the known specific heat (s.h.) of the particular liquid.

You need more information to have a formula... ie. something to solve for (like what is the formula for the density of water based on temperature).
