Why Atheists are Rude?

Why sarcasm always? They can't prove their point, WITHOUT insulting, and making fun of other Religions?

i think i know what you mean. but i think it's derived from the nature of their belief. in order for them to exist they need to put down everyone else's belief.

plus, they are probably always on the defensive from all religions. they pretty much get it from everyone.

I don't think atheists are rude. They are not trying to prove any points. When was the last time you heard of missionary work by atheists. Or Atheists trying to convert anyone to their beliefs. They don't believe in a god and thats it. It's when other people slam religion to them they get defensive so you leave them the eff alone.

And the reason they make fun of other religions is because they are all nonsense stories written and edited thousands of times to make people behave a certain way.

Atheists could care less if you believe the same way they do, but leave them alone about your beliefs.

Could you give a few examples of this sarcasm, that might help, or people will think you are just preaching away. I will show you a few examples of what christians say about atheists on YA.

If you do, as a bonus, I will give you a few quotes of people who have been beatified on other believes and atheists.

I think that many believers enjoy being persecuted. Gives them the feeling they are right.

I don't think rudeness is reserved especially for atheists. Many people are so confident bordering on stubborn, that they feel the only way to argue their point is by putting down others. Sarcastically speaking, I'm right and you're stupid for not believing what I believe. On a more serious note, tolerance is a wonderful thing!

I'm a Christian myself, but i have to admit not all Atheists are rude. But it has it that most of the outspoken ones are rude.

But you have to look at it from a broader perspective. Persecution is part of being a Christian but the good news is that no matter what they say or do, they can never take the love of Christ away from us so rejoice in that. Read Romans Ch. 8, it talks a lot about this.

It is not that atheists are rude it is just that some rude people are atheists and every other religion also including Christians. A religious title does not guarantee a kind heart only a relationship with Jesus does.Thank God for Jesus...for we are all works in progress

Athiest tell religious people that they waste a few hours a week praying to nothing. (though the social aspects of doing so can be fun) They often get peeved at attempts to intergrate religous views into the laws of their country.

Religous people tell Athiests that they will spend eternity being tormented and tortured. They try to actively enforce that Athiests abide by their laws and attribute reality to their god though there is no evidence for it.
