I haven't seen this question anywhere else, but is there an age limit to ride a train in America? I figured there wasn't but I heard there was. I'm talking about alone without someone older than me. I should be ok.

You would have to check with the particular railroad operator as to any restrictions they may have.

For example: while a RR carrier might allow someone under 16 to ride alone, they will want assurance that there will be someone waiting at the destination to meet the youth.

Amtrak has restrictions:
Unaccompanied Children

Childer 15 and Older
Children 15 and older may travel unaccompanied, but do not qualify for any discounts available for children traveling with an adult. Children 15 and older are subject to all policies applying to adult passengers. Minors 15 and older may purchase tickets on their own from a ticket agent or conductor if they present valid photo ID.

Children 8 to 14
Children 8 to 14 may travel unaccompanied with certain restrictions.

Children 7 and Younger
Children 7 years old and younger may not travel alone. They must be accompanied by a person 15 years old or older who has responsibility for the child.

Other systems such as subway, light rail generally don't have any restrictions.

i think of they have have been given to be around 5 years previous to truly commence researching a thank you to experience. My son rode from an early age, even though it began out to sink in whilst he matured adequate to stay targeted and follow instructions, whilst his legs have been given rather previous the sting of the saddle, and he have been given extra suitable standard. He grew to become into approximately 5 whilst he started out getting it and rather progressing. i could get a pony. you will get lots of use out of a pony with 2 or extra small youngsters. you need to get a pony that's sufficiently enormous so which you will experience if he needs a reminder approximately a thank you to do his activity. i admire ponies and think of they are large for infants, offering you get an outstanding one. My son is now 8 and rides a 28 12 months previous 12.3 hand pony, and next 12 months will circulate all the way down to a 5 12 months previous 12 hand pony. i'm sufficiently small that I even have knowledgeable the two a sort of ponies beginning whilst they have been 3. i do no longer see him transferring as much as a horse until eventually he's merely too enormous for ponies, and because he's on the small section I doubt that'll ensue beforehand he's a youngster. Ponies are available in certainly one of those sizes, so while you're too enormous for a touch one, get a medium or super pony. in the journey that your infants all like using, you will finally end up with a minimum of two ponies/horses, so so you might maintain the smaller pony for the smaller youngsters and get a brilliant pony for the older ones.
