well the composition is correct, but the purpose needs something.
How about:

when a liquid evaporates its temperature drops. It gives up heat to turn the liquid to vapor.
heat travels from a hot spot to a cold spot. Otherwise you would heat water with ice.
if the water is on your skin (perspiration or otherwise wet) the heat of your body is moved to the colder wet skin which fuels more evaporation and you feel cooler.

this is simply the secretion of fluid which contain urea,ammonia,some fatty acid and mineral salts from the sweat gland.This leads to cooling as the latent heat of vapourisation required is extracted from the skin
