There is something.
It is called "grounding".
The idea behind this is to change the focus of your attention by stimulating each of your senses. Your sight, sound, touch, taste and smell.
Wash your hands in cold water or hold an ice cube or pinch your arm.
sniff and identify 2 smells
count 3 different sounds
look and find 4 different colors
change the taste that is in your mouth (a fruit, pickle, lemon, candy) savor and notice the taste
Following this grounding exercise, change your activity from what it had been before, to something entirely different.
I like to recite a little poem or nursery rhyme.
If I'm outside I go in. If I'm inside I go out.

The answers given are good answers for "around the house" things. In addition to those, there are some supplements you can take that help during stressful situations. You can take GABA (an amino acid that can help ease your mind during stressful situations), Valerian Root (an herb for relaxation that MAY put you to sleep, so try it out when you aren't going anywhere for the night), L-Theanine (an amino acid that helps with relaxation without drowsiness), or Rhodiola Rosea (an herb that helps to fight physical and mental fatigue).
Most of these can be purchased at a relatively low cost (some more expensive than others) at a drug store, pharmacy, or vitamin store. Good luck!

At home I would put on some aroma therapy candles and a sound soother. Close your eyes and imagine you are at the most relaxing place ever. (i.e. a sun kissed beach, open field, or beside a calm river in the shade) As far as rehearsal or before the show, close your eyes and mentally do the musical perfectly with no hassles until you feel confident that that is how you will do it in real life. Just have confidence in yourself and have fun! As simple as it sounds, it is the best stress reliever I have practiced so far.

Journal. Read a book. Deep breathing. Cleaning. Listening to music. Go for a walk. Yoga. Meditation. Organizing your closet.
Basically anything that will keep your mind off the play. Exercise is a great way to relieve anxiety.

Break a leg! You'll be great. I have acted for many years, and what I find most important is to stay rested...get your regular sleep, or your performance will suffer. To relieve your stress, know your lines and stage moves. Know who you are--and know who your character is. Watch TV or a movie that you love and immerse yourself in it. When you get on stage, know that you are there for only one reason--to deliver a message to the audience. You are simply doing a job. Working. You need not worry if you are the star, for the only stars, are those sitting down in the audience. These things may make you relax. Again, stay rested, and stay well nourished and fed. Acting consumes enormous amounts of energy. Good luck!...Break a leg!

if you have a yard, go outside, maybe take the radio, and just sit outside and relax, eat a banana if you have any, helps the tummy, if you're that anxious I'm guessing you're having some stomach issues also, just need to take maybe 30 minutes of just relaxing, and don't time it, not relaxing there, just blast out some favorite tunes and watch the sun set or enjoy the birds flying around, if it works you shouldn't suffer during the rehearsals, you just need to relax and not stress so much over the performance, getting it right is one thing, over stressing it is another and doesn't help your performance

I'm no doctor, but this would be my suggestion: take hot baths.....have someone give you a massage especially the feet, drink a cup of hot tisane, listen to soft music, sing to a song you like to calm you down....find yourself a little object you can carry with you in your pocket that you have chosen to be your magical soothing peace. When you shall hold it, it will take all fears, anxiousness, nervousness out and replace it with positive energie. And lastly, keep yourself well hydrated by drinking water to get rid of headakes. Hope this can help....

Have a bit of protein (preferably tryptophan-containing turkey) with some carbs along with a big glass of water to help with the lightheadedness. Put on some soothing music. Brew yourself a cup on non-caffeinated tea. Cozy up in your favorite chair, and re-read one of your favorite books.
If you get nervous before your rehearsal, practice some diaphragmatic breathing and/or quick progressive muscle relaxation. Also, before the rehearsal, write out on index cards several positive affirmations. Keep them in your purse. Take them out periodically and review them in front of a mirror.
Best of luck on your musical!
