Sounds like a very good price and find to me...of course you want to open with an offer of $9000. I guess now that the warranty has ended the owner is buying a new car, so spend $150 and have a private shop look the car over for any potential problems or current items requiring repair. If it checks out then you have a nice car that should last another 60,000 miles without much more then maintenance and probably 100,000 miles or more total.
