i want to know if it works well, cuz i dont want to waste my time on it if it doesnt. pls help!!!

Above user is correct... However I would work on building the ab muscles a little bit more with weight trainning(the machines at the gym) before I start to work on losing weight.

no way 8 mins is not enough. If you got flab first you have to reduce that. then you have to start a diet and then exercise your upper and lower tummy. But let me tell ya 8 mins is not enough you have to rigorous training for at least 30 mins.

dont waste your time and money darling...

a good diet, with 1 hours of excercise a day will work wonders...

the problem with people nowdays is they want results as fast as possible, but the truth is it doesnt happen over night, anyone who has a body worth having got it through hardwork.. and its even harder to maintain it...

best thing for you to do sweetie is have a healthy diet and do 50 sit ups in the morning and 50 before you go to bed.. you'll see your abs popping out in no time!

With a good diet and other physical training - yes it does. By itself with no other life changes.....no.
