I don't mean belly fat, but the actual volume of my stomach. Obviously eating less would do it, but I'm trying to drink more water, and that only makes my stomach volume bigger.

If you stick to the recommended 64 oz of liquids per day, and just eat less (volume-wise) your stomach should shrink in size with time. Try to stick with calorie-rich and nutrition-rich foods in the mean-time to make sure you do not go into starvation-mode.

I have heard, and skilled, that if you happen to consume plenty of fiber (probably no longer plenty, however sufficient) it is going to supply you a "complete" feeling and you are going to be consuming much less. ALSO, I"VE HEARD>>> that if you happen to drink tons of water round 10 or quarter-hour earlier than your lunch is such a lot like ly that you just wont be consuming up to you might with an empty belly. Try fiber even though, that accelerates the system of meals to your belly and you are going to be going to the restroom for #two extra ordinarily. (no longer diareah) I feel that works the quality! OR what you'll do is take a look at the ones meal alternative shakes...

Try to birf in n out by yr tummy / stomach about half hr. it ok weather u siting or standing or walking u can just do it. do it every day n every time u will fing e result. Detox diet seems to be good. When I wanted to lose weight, I limited my food intake on weekdays and on weekends eat whatever I like,and after every meal, I would drink lemon juice with very little sugar. It worked perfectly.

Most likely it is the mussels that have become weak over time. Also drinking water will not help. The more you put in there the more it will put pressure on the mussels.

water def bloats ur stomach but try drinking somethin more calm like milk or juice
