I really need to know because my left side is hurting a lot...

Your appendix is located on the lower right side, but the pain can radiated any where in your abdomen!

Push on that lower right side and then let up. Does it hurt then? If so....get to the doctor.

Your appendix is located on your right lower quadrant of your abdomen. It's located where the large and small intestine join each other.

the appendix is in the lower right groin. if you are having pain on the left, you are likely constipated, or perhaps your left ovary is preparing to ovulate.

I believe it is on your left side.
If the pain continues I would definitely have it checked out.
It could also be gas.
Maybe try taking some Gas meds to see if it clears up.
