Find someone to talk to about what angers you. When you can pinpoint your anager it is easier to deal with it.

Also when you get angry try to take a deep breath and take a second to think before you react with anger.

also look into anger management.

Take deep breaths to calm yourself.

More importantly, ask yourself, "Self? Is this important enough to waste precious time of my life to get mad about?" Generally, the answer would be "NO!"

Also, I don't get mad as much anymore. I look at it this way, if I get mad at someone, they've basically "won" by being able to control me through my actions. My mindset has changed to more of a "Eh, I really don't give a flying f&ck" and I let it go at that.

That's not to say I don't get mad at all. I still have my moments, but it is A LOT less now.

Good luck!
