lack of knowledge- i don't know a single thing about how to excecise properly. and i don't know much about eating healthy either. I have a pretty bad diet. Because I'm a super picky eater and there's really nothing i like to eat. It's hard to find foods that are good for me when I don't like anything! I've always been a picky eater. When i was younger, i was almost taken away from my mother because i was malnourished. She had to explain to people that she just couldn't get me to eat. And she never forced me to eat anything, she just let me go on eating whatever i would eat. So i don't really eat fruits, veggies, meats. Mostly junk.

I'm working on reducing my portions. I eat way to much. That sort of doesn't make much sense since i just went on and on about being a picky eater. Here's my problem: theres' only a few foods that I eat, but I eat waaaaaay to much of them!

I need to lose about 60 pounds. I'm starting to get sort of obsessive about it!

I AM successful, but I can tell you what stopped me until I realized it and did something about it. Emotional baggage was doing me in until I learned how to unload it for good.

wow... lets see...

1. my boss. she's bipolar and HAS to be the center of attention so when I do great she looks for crazy excuses to tear it apart to make me look bad so she feels better about herself. she is also pretty irresponsible and i'm constantly fixing her mistakes which slows me down day to day.

2. when it comes to my art life i tend to procrastinate i guess. i'm so worn out after i leave my job that i just can't bring myself to stay up to design tats and do my concept art (for an awesome video game). i love my art. but my job wears me out. ...now that I typed it out I guess I AM the reason i'm not more successful in the art world. i need to suck it up and do what i love and quite whining.

hmm... thanks spink... it seems i learned something new about myself today.

edit: oh i'm dumb... i just realized this is the fitness section... um... i am successful in that department. i'm addicted to being active and working out. but i'm also VERY lucky to have the world's fastest metabolism.
