He is not interested in you so don't expect him to call you. Young guys that you would be interested are not interested in girls. Oh, they may be interested for a little while but then they are more interested in playing marbles.

Other than just a short term interest, such as sex, guys are seldom interested in girls until they are 16 or 17.

Well, I don't think its' bad that he hasn't called. Guys are always a little less caring about this sort of thing and a 13 year old guys is even more immature. Don't take this to heart. What I would do is leave it as it is. You made the move of calling him so he should know now that you want to keep in touch. If he doesn't get back to you by Wednesday I'd say screw it and find a boy who's just a little bit older and cuter.

Oh, the memories! I'm 45 now, but when I was your age I went to summer camp every year and ALWAYS had a boyfriend there. My advice to you: move on. Appreciate the "romance" for what it was, and realize it was a brief, yet dear time of your life. "Summer Camp Loves" are bittersweet for sure because I've NEVER heard of one that continue beyond the moment. I still remember the names of [some] of my summer camp bf's----30 years later. ha ha

Look for a new bf for now. Maybe you'll hook up with the summer love next year.

Your sweet.

I am sure he is nervous aboout calling you because things at camp were one way, but out in the real world they can be so different. If you don't hear from him today, call him tomorrow at a slightly different time than today. Can you contact him on line? Just relax a bit, even though it is nearly impossible to do. If he's a good guy, he'll get in touch with you.

Often, these camp relationships stay at camp. It's fun for the week, but they don't hold up long distance. Jusr be friends with lots of different guys until you are in college or older and the right guy comes along. Work on your own character between now and then.

well, there could be tons of reasons why he didn't call yet. First of all make sure that he did like you and not pretended to. Then, give him a last call and maybe ask for some details like msn or something. If he clearly shows that he's not interested, let the relashionship die. I think overall, you should give some time, let some time pass and think it over. =)

Just be patient, most guys take a while to call back. There is usally a 3 day grace period , well for most adults, where they wait for the phone call, if he doesn't call during that time, then he is probably not interested. Best of Luck

Maybe he left because of a family emergency. If he wants to call you, he will. Since you have left a message, don't call again until he returns your call.
