Underneath my eyes are these extremely tiny bumps.
What are they?!

I went to a dermatologist, but she just told me that you can't do anything about it.

But I forgot to ask, WHAT IS IT?

In my opinion they are not blocked pores because I have them too. I asked my dermatologist about them years ago thinking they were calcium deposits, but she said they were actually a type of wart. I rub my face a lot, so it could explain the spread. Mine are like yours, they don't really look bad at all but they are noticeable to me. I tried to pop one recently and I will never do it again, I really damaged my face for a week. Years ago, when my dermatologist diagnosed them, she gave me a gel to use that cleared them up, but it takes a long time and they've returned since. Don't use wart removers on your face what ever you do. They will hurt terribly and damage your skin. Go to the dermatologist and she or he will give you a cream or gel for them. Make sure they don't just visually inspect your face. They should use the optical instrument that they use to check moles with. Hang tight until you get to the dermatologist, don't do anything to them at all until then or you'll risk damage to your face, even scarring.

Just tiny acne bumps try a very good all natural exfoliant like booths - (found at a drug store)
give it a few weeks (use twice a week on a clean face)

Try also using pure and natural products and a toner -
to even out your skin - I love Arbonne - but it's not cheap.

I think they are just blocked pores, nothing to worry about try using a sensitve face wash everyday to even out your skin or if you are really worried see your local gp/doctor, thats always the best thing.
