I would never use the term "Mental" to describe anyone.
Maybe see your GP first and let him assess you. x

Ive been in the same situation and i went to see my Docs and i had therapy too.
They put me AD's which did help but i took myself off them cus i didnt want to get relied on them.
It is a good idea to go and speak to your doctor and see what they sugest or if your a little scared try talking to close friends and family.
Also there are herbal pills that can help with low times in your life such as St johns wart and 5-HTP(this is what i take)
Hopefully this is helpful to you Chin up xx

I'd go and see your doctor. They will probably give you a wee form to fill out (tick boxes) about your emotions and stuff and figure out where to go from there. If it turns out there's anything wrong then you're already at the right person, and if not they can reassure you.

NO YOU ARE NOT MENTAL. YOU ARE PROBABLY DEPRESSED. YOU SHOULD TALK TO YOUR DR. AND LET HIM KNOW HOW YOU ARE FEELING. DEPRESSION IS A VERY SERIOUS PROBLEM. I HAVE BEEN ON DEPRESSION MEDICATION FOR 20 MONTHS . I FEEL GREAT!! YOU ALSO HAVE TO LET YOURSELF NOT TAKE THINGS SERIOUS, BECAUSE WHATEVER THE PROBLEM ,IT WILL WORK OUT EVENTUALLY.HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OR READ THE BOOK "DON'T SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF" CAUSE IT'S ALL SMALL STUFF. READ SOME OF THEIR BOOKS THEY HELPED ME TREMENDOUSLY!! BY RICHARD CARLSON

The best thing to do at this point is to go to the doctors, you may not want to, but he/she will give you peace of mind or if there is somthing that isn't 100% they can help you. hope you find this helpful

Maybe you can check with your doctor and they can tell you what to do or what medication you can take. That's what I did and it helped.
