Cancer often has no specific symptoms, so it is important that you limit your risk factors and undergo appropriate cancer screening. Futher more I would not know how it feels cause i have never had it but i imagine that it feels like a lump to the touch and you would be really tired and fatuged alot and want to sleep alot when before you would be able to do other things. But I think that would sould undergo appropriate cancer screening anyways just in case.

Often, for many cancers there are no symptoms...at least not until it's too late. Maybe you should consider going to your doctor for a full physical before just going right for the cancer diagnosis.

I wouldn`t know but it`s always a good thing to go to your GP if you are feeling unwell. Explain that you are concerned about cancer and perhps they will do some tests. I have heard that some symptoms are tirednes but that could be a number of things. good luck and I hope you are ok. xx

I have cancer of the plasma proteins in my blood and in my bone marrow. Sometimes I feel and look great, and other times I feel very tired and run down, and most days I require a nap. Other times I have unreal pain in each and every bone in my body.
