It is true that Jehovah's Witnesses are not loved by everyone.
http://jw-media.org/newsroom/human_rights.htm
Some people hate Jehovah's Witnesses out of ignorance, or over some misunderstanding. A few may have had a bad personal experience with an individual who claimed to be a Jehovah's Witness, and prejudicially extended their animus to this entire Christian religion.

However, it seems that the majority of anti-Witness hatred is motivated by religious intolerance and bigotry. A few may even be motivated against their Christian worship by the unseen 'god of this system of things', Satan the Devil.

(2 Corinthians 4:4) the god of this system of things has blinded the minds of the unbelievers

Interestingly, such "hatred" should be expected by true Christians in this time of the end, and it actually helps identify Jehovah's Witnesses as Christ's true disciples:

(John 15:19) If you were part of the world, the world would be fond of what is its own. Now because you are no part of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, on this account the world hates you.

(Luke 6:22) Happy are you whenever men hate you, and whenever they exclude you and reproach you and cast out your name as wicked for the sake of the Son of man.

(1 Peter 4:4) Because you do not continue running with them in this course to the same low sink of debauchery, they are puzzled and go on speaking abusively of you.

(2 Timothy 4:3-5) For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching, but, in accord with their own desires, they will accumulate teachers for themselves to have their ears tickled; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, whereas they will be turned aside to false stories. You, though, keep your senses in all things, suffer evil, do the work of an evangelizer, fully accomplish your ministry.

It seems signficant that the relatively small religion of Jehovah's Witnesses are the ones best known for their worldwide preaching work. Yet Jesus commanded that ALL who would call themselves "Christian" perform this public work:

(Matthew 28:19,20) Go therefore and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded you. And, look! I am with you all the days until the conclusion of the system of things.

Many religious factions can be persecuted for their beliefs whether they were muslims, jehovas or mormons etc.
Although lately I've personally been hearing more negative things about radical muslims but it's all in the interpretation of their faith. Some people use religion as an excuse to commit vile acts whilst others are happy to live a lifestyle of peace & humility according to their religious principles.

There are many reasons. One that has not been written in a while is: They are afraid we are right. That would make them wrong. They can't be wrong. Look how many years they have invested in a lie.

When you are afraid, you can either run or deny it exists. Facing up to it requires effort and reason. Most people do not want to go to the effort. The easiest thing is to call us vile names. There you go.

Lord forbid! NO! My parents have been JWs for 35 years! We might not agree theologically, but they are certainly not demonic. They truly believe they have the truth and they follow what they believe as well as anyone could.

They're a silly nuisance, and they're pig-headedly nosy and persistent, but probably not collectively demonic. Maybe some are individually so. But if that's the case it has nothing to do with the JW connection.

Those who accuse Jesus as being God have been labeled demonic by Jesus himself.

Jhn 10:33 The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.

Jhn 8:44 Ye are of [your] father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Jesus instead said he is the Son of God and the Jews called him for blasphemy.

Jhn 10:36 Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?

Because people judge by what they see or hear, if i saw you on the street I can think many things about you, isntead of geeting to know you and know exactly what you are.. How about if i ask someone that doesn't like, they will say all source of bad things about you. If i ask one of your good friends, then i will know who you really are..

I haven't said that -- I turn them away at my door, but not because they are demonic, but because I don't believe what they believe. I have had friends and patients that are JW, and have always appreciated them as much as any of my other friends.

You'd have to ask the person/persons who said it. I am sure there are those who make accusations about us simply because someone told them to feel a certain way, others may have their own reasons.

Because they don't know any better. J.W.'s (and Mormons and other cult members) are misguided, but not necessarily demonic.
