Australian Immigration is a headache at best, and you're swimming in dangerous waters by trying to go it alone. Contact an Immigration Agent for advice or help.
One guy I can recommend is Chris Narayanan. He is a very understanding and knowledgable agent, and will probably be quite keen to try and help you if he can.

Before contacting anyone to whom you will then owe money, take your time to read the plentiful information about all the different visas etc at the Department of Immigration and Citizenship web site at http://www.immi.gov.au
If you then have questions, the site will direct you to where you can get them answered. If you then need an agent, you will have done all the groundwork yourslf and it will cost you less.
