The U.K is flooded in Gloucestershire, Woucestershire,
Oxfordshire and towards the South of the country. Water and Electricty has been cut off in parts and drinking water is scarce. If you plan to go, take an inflatable boat and some diving gear complete with flippers with you! Phone British Airways submarine department for the latest timetables.

Joking apart this is bad! to think the Government had advance warnings as well.

Brown earlier flew over the county of Gloucestershire, where 70,000 homes have had water supplies cut and up to 140,000 may be affected in the coming days. More than 40,000 homes in the area had their electricity supplies cut early on Monday after a nearby power station was shut down.

Sounds like parts of England and Scotland. I haven't heard too much about it yet. Maybe you should go have a look at www.cnn.com or www.bbc.co.uk
