The jury is still out on that one. There may be pesticides in non-organic milk but I'm not sure how high the levels are. What really concerns me about non-organic milk is the hormones that they give cows on big dairy farms. They also regularly give them antibiotics which may be creating antibiotic resistant bacteria. For that reason, I only by organic milk. I have two small daughters and I just don't want to take the chance.

Well, besides pesticides, the milk also has bacteria, blood and puss in it. The blood and puss are from the sores on the cow's udders that are created b/c the machines milk them too much and too hard.
For me, all animal by-products are risky and I actually no longer drink cow's milk because of that. Don't believe everything you hear...really do your research. Just b/c milk is labeled "organic" that might mean that the cows were never fed antibiotics or steroids....that doesn't mean that there's not blood and puss in that stuff too.
Good luck! :-D

No, such contents r controlled by law.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
