This is a war between Sighalese and tamils in Srilanka because the tamils are marginalised. The population consists of christians and muslims too! Don't make it out to be a hindu/buddhist war!

There is a terrorist group called LTTE kills innocent people in sri Lanka and the Government forces in Sri Lanka is fighting bring back peace to their motherland.

Hindus and Buddhists are NOT killing each other. They have practically had the best inter-religious friendship/relationship (whatever u wanna call it) from all the religions. There are millions of Hindus (myself included) that do not consider Buddhism as a seperate religion but view it as a part of Hinduism.

It's not Buddhists and Hindus that are fighting.It's Sinhalese(the native Sri Lankans) and Tamils.The Tamils want a separate country for themselves but,the Sri lankan government is against it.

Because even Buddhists are stupid when it comes to it. It always amuses me that so many religions have as fundamental peace - love - harmony - etc etc, yet are always killing to make everyone else be peaceful and loving.
